How we work

Mad Beauty Shop supplies hairdressers, nail studios and beauty institutes across Switzerland. Here is how an order works with us, in short.

1. You order online

You find any item through search, the brands or the categories. Every item carries its item number and EAN, so you can match your order without guesswork.

2. We pick the same day

Orders received before 16:00 leave our warehouse the same working day. You get a confirmation by email as soon as the shipment is on its way.

3. Delivery in 2 to 4 working days

We deliver across Switzerland. From CHF 150 the shipping is free. Below that we charge the actual shipping cost, which you see in the cart before you order.

4. Payment to suit your situation

Private customers pay by credit card, TWINT or PostFinance. Business customers with an activated account order at trade conditions and pay on invoice.

5. Business account for salons and studios

As a salon, studio or institute you get trade prices with us. Register once with your company details. After activation you see your conditions automatically across the whole shop, with no code and no request.

6. Returns within 14 days

We take back unopened items in their original packaging within 14 days. Let us know beforehand and we arrange the return together.

7. Advice from people who know the trade

You reach us Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 19:00, on +41 44 311 25 25. If you are unsure about a product, ask us once too often rather than once too seldom.
