Returns

  1. We offer a 14-day return policy for all products purchased on madshop.ch, starting from the day of receipt of the goods. The return date (postmark) is decisive for the deadline. Returns are only accepted if the products are in perfect condition: undamaged, unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  2. Products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene (e.g., opened cosmetic articles) are excluded from returns.
  3. We cover the return shipping costs if you request a free return label in advance. Request by email to info@madshop.ch or by phone at 044 311 25 25.
  4. Customers are obliged to check the delivered goods immediately upon receipt.
  5. Complaints regarding quality, completeness, or other defects must be reported to Mad Beauty Shop GmbH immediately, but no later than 5 business days after receipt of the delivery.
  6. If no timely complaint is made, the goods are considered to be free of defects and approved.
  7. Returns or exchanges due to dissatisfaction or incorrect ordering are excluded.
  8. Cancellations of orders are only possible after individual agreement with Mad Beauty Shop GmbH.
